Pressure Cooker Roast Beef |

INGREDIENTS
2 T Vegetable Oil
1 lg Onion, chopped 1 14.5oz Beef Broth 1 1.2oz pkg Brown Gravey mix |
1 3lb Beef Roast
1 1oz pkg dry Italian salad dressing mix 1 1oz pkg dry Ranch dressing mix |
DIRECTIONS
1. Heal oil in pressure cooker over med-hi heat with lid open
2. Brown Roast on all sides
3. Mix Italian, Ranch and Gravy packages
4. Sprinkle over Roast
5. Pour in Beef Broth
6. Add chopped Onion
7. Seal & lock
8. Cook over high heat until pressure is reached
9. Turn heat down to medium
10. Cook 45 mins
11. Remove from heat and let stand 5 mins
12. Run under cold water to release pressue before unsealing
13. Serve juice as au jus or thicken with flour / cornstarch to make a gravy
