Veal Parmigiana |

INGREDIENTS
Veal, Scallopini-cut
2 C Spaghetti Sauce * 1/3 C Parmesan Cheese, grated ** |
1 lg Egg, beaten
1/3 C Italian Breadcrumbs |
* A really good bottle sauce works just fine here
** I personally like to use a Parmesan, Romano, Asiago cheese blend
DIRECTIONS
1. Pre-heat oven to 375
2. Dredge Veal in Egg
3. Dredge Veal in breadcrumbs
4. Pour 1C Spaghetti Sauce into a baking dish
5. Place Veal in baking dish
6. Cover with remaining Spaghetti Sauce
7. Add Parmesan Cheese
8. Cook for 15 mins
C = Cup T = Tablespoon t = teaspoon cn = can
